LOCATION
Xiib Kaab Condos is located in the city of Tulum, municipality of Tulum Quintana Roo, Mexico, to the south of the urban area, close to the beach of 500 meters in a straight line and with direct access to the escape route. GENERAL
Xiib Kaab Tulum includes a 3-level building and a Roof Garden with Penthouse. The building is divided into two general modules, one at the front (south) and the other at the rear (north). Within these modules, 11 different types of apartments are distributed that make up the general morphology of the building. The set of both buildings results in a set of volumes on the façade that provides a set of shadows between all the modulations created.
On the facades, a specific distribution of arches was added in different styles and materials that provide particular sensations. This same help the integration of modulations and causes an effect of dynamism and provide a unique detail.
The materials used as finishes on the facades are natural elements in earth tones that give it a more rustic appearance that fits perfectly with its tropical context, such as: pieces of wood, natural stone cladding, and a wide variety of vegetation that contribute that freshness. and color.
